| 摘 要： | 评估与评价信息或学习共享空间(Information/Learning Commons,简称IC/LC),不仅对管理者和用户明确建设目标、评判IC的价值或效果、衡量满意度、保证IC良性运行,提高IC服务水平等有着重要意义,而且为管理者、投资人及监督、考评部门实施有效管理以适应时代变革提供科学依据,它贯穿IC(LC)规划与运营的整个过程,是IC规划与实施中最为重要的一环。IC的评估与评价需要科学的调查与调研。该文探讨了调查与调研在IC评估与评价中的应用问题,认为调查与调研对于评估与评价IC规划与实施有着重要的指导意义。
