| Abstract: | On the turning point of the new century, we observed a high tide of review and forecast on the Library Science Development, as well as a series of research achievements. In the new period of development, the Chinese Library Science study had shown the following characteristics: the combination of theorization and application, the combination of inherit and innovation, the combination of internationalization and localization, the combination of aggregation and specialization, the combination of synchronization and advanced, the combination of macrocosmic and microcosmic, the combination of qualitative and ration, individual and team, loose and standardization. |
