| 摘 要： | 馆际互借与文献传递服务已成为图书馆联盟实现资源共享的最普遍形式。然而,由于联盟内成员馆在管理水平、服务条件、服务能力和人员素质等方面往往存在巨大差异,如何保证各馆能始终按照联盟组织者的要求,为用户提供标准化、高质量的服务,已经成为图书馆联盟在开展联合服务时所面临的最大挑战之一。该文以中国高校人文社会科学文献中心(CASHL)为案例,通过深入考察CASHL在组织北京大学、清华大学等全国17所重点高校图书馆开展联合服务时所采取的质量控制与提升措施,分析了图书馆联盟在开展馆际互借和文献传递服务时的关键问题,并尝试提出解决之道,以期为其他共建共享组织提供参考借鉴。

| Abstract: | Interlibrary Loan and Document Delivery Services has been the most popular model of resource sharing in library consortium.However,due to the differences of management and service condition and availability as well as librarian's ability among member libraries,how to guarantee standard and high-quality services to be provided to the patrons has been one of the great challenges.This article studied on the case of China Academic Social Sciences and Humanities Library(CASHL).Through survey and analysis on the quality improvement methods of document supply services by organizing 17 important university libraries in China,the authors tried to summarize some key factors on the coalition service.This case study could be a reference for other library resource-sharing consortia. |
