| Abstract: | The opinion column is an effective way to collect the reader’s suggestions and comments.From the perspective of "issue-decision making",this paper categorized reader’s suggestions and comments our library has collected since 2005.There are two major categories which the need of users and the rules of the library managment.The classification is consisted with four steps which becomes a scientific,comprehensive classification system focusing on the most important issues and decision-making.It is helpful to the scientization,routinization and standardization of the library’s decision-making. |
