| 摘 要： | 从梳理国内高校图书馆学科馆员制度实践的发展脉络出发,提出学科资源建设与学科服务一体化发展是学科馆员制度的发展方向,分析学科资源建设与服务一体化发展的必要性和变革方向,探索与之相适应的组织结构和管理模式,以推动高校图书馆学科化服务向广度和深度发展。

| Abstract: | Basing on the practice of subject librarian system in academic libraries,the authors put forward that the integration of subject collection development and subject service is a trend in the evolution of subject librarian system.Then they analyze the necessity and direction of innovation for the integrated development model and explore the proper organization structure and management model which aims to propel academic library subject-oriented service forward in greater scope and depth. |
