| 摘 要： | 分析了信息素养的本质,指出文献信息业务工作与信息素养的内在联系,认为应当通过文献信息工作人员的业务素质,提炼和升华适合个人知识信息库建设需要的信息素养,作为高校信息素养教育的一个着力点,同时讨论了高校图书馆在全面普及信息素养教育中的作用和使命。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the concept of the information literacy and points out the internal relationship between the information service and the information literacy. A very important part of the information literacy education is that information professionals should gain information literacy appropriated to develop the personalized knowledge database based on the person's professional skill. It also discusses the role and responsibility of the academic libraries in the information literacy education. |
