数字图书馆的用户服务模式研究

摘    要:在分析传统图书馆的单一线性用户服务模式的基础上,探讨了数字图书馆给图书馆自身和用户群体带来的巨大变革,并针对数字图书馆用户的特点,构建了几种新型用户服务模式:基于资源整合的信息集成服务、体现专业特色的学科对口服务、创造知识内容的信息增值服务、基于用户交互的双向循环服务、延长服务线程的渗透延伸服务以及灵活组合的全面综合服务。

Abstract:Based on an analysis of the user service model of the traditional library, which is one-fold and linear as well as the characteristics of the digital library users, this paper puts forward several kinds of new user service models including the integrated information service based on information resources integration, focused discipline service based on subject characteristics, value-added information service based on knowledge organization, bi-directional circulatory service based on users interaction, infiltration information service based on lengthening service extent and comprehensive integrated service formed by different service modules.
