| 摘 要： | 通过对我国图书馆现有古籍工作规章的考察,了解我国图书馆古籍服务政策的总体情况。发现在缺乏法律和行业规范的背景下,各图书馆的规章存在较大差异。然后尝试分析我国图书馆古籍服务政策中存在的问题及影响因素,建议如何以更好的方式来平衡古籍的收藏和服务。

| Abstract: | This paper reports a questionnaire survey of regulations for rare book management in major academic and public libraries in China.It shows that although there is no related logistic framework or professional code or guidance for managing rare books collection in China,most libraries have put forth their own regulations.Because of the lack of national guidance,these regulations vary greatly.The paper analyzes the implications of these variances and calls for strategic considerations of the best ways to balance rare book preservation and services. |
