| 摘 要： | 移动通信技术的高速发展使移动信息服务成为21世纪的新潮流。手机图书馆将移动通信网络和数字图书馆系统结合起来,利用手机终端延伸、拓展传统的图书馆服务,随时随地进行信息传输与服务,是图书馆向数字化发展的新方向。该文介绍了手机图书馆的概念、功能、实现方式以及国内外手机图书馆应用的发展情况。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of the mobile communication technology,the mobile information services are becoming the new trend in the 21st century.Mobile phone library,which combines the mobile communication network and digital library system,can provide the information communication and services anytime and anywhere.It extends the traditional library services by mobile phone,becoming the new development of digital library.This paper introduces the mobile phone library's concept and functions as well as its implementation.It also introduces the development of the mobile phone library at home and abroad. |
