期刊网络采编系统研发及系统功能分析

摘    要:网络采编系统的开发和应用是信息化环境下期刊发展的必由之路,是实现期刊资源共享的有效方式。我国期刊采编业务的发展,经历了人工采编、计算机辅助、网络互动采编和网络采编平台等发展阶段,网络采编系统的研发经历了从客户端/服务器端结构向浏览器/服务器结构发展的过程。图书情报类期刊采编系统采用C/S结构的以《图书情报工作》为代表,采用B/S结构的以《图书馆杂志》为代表。《图书与情报》网络采编系统撷采众家之长,采用了B/S结构和SQL Server+Access数据库平台,使系统功能得以优化,具有维护成本低廉,系统安全性高,在线异地办公,网站与采编系统集成和图文动态显示等优势。其最大特点是,编辑部参与开发并拥有系统版权,可以自主进行功能扩展和后期增值开发。

Abstract:The development and application of network editing system is the only way of journal development and an effective method of resources sharing. Chinese journal editing underwent the following four stages: manual editing,computer-aid editing, interactive internet editing and internet editing. The development and research of network editing system experienced the shifting process from client-server structure to browser-server structure.The editing system of Library and Information Service is a representative of the C/S structure, while B/S structure is exemplified by that of Library Journal. By adopting all the strong points and using B/S structure as well as SQL database platform, the network editing system of library and information is optimized with the advantages of lower maintenance cost and higher system security, the integrated websites and editing system, and dynastic picture-character display. The most typical function of the system is that editorial board can participate in the exploitation and own the System copyright so as to act the function expansion and later added value exploitation.
