| 摘 要： | 信息素质教育应该成为远程开放教育的重要内容,已经成为全国电大系统的共识。该文以电大系统实施信息素质教育的现状及环境分析为依据,以建设适用于电大远程开放教育模式的信息素质教育教材为重点,提出了远程开放教育环境下信息素质教育的策略。

| Abstract: | A common cognition has been reached that the information literacy education is an important part of the modern distance education. Based on the analysis of the current status of information literacy education and with focus on building the teaching material acceptable for the Radio & TV University System Education Model, the paper puts forward some tactics about how the Modern Distance Education should conduct the information literacy education. |
