| Abstract: | This paper gives a brief historical review on the compilation of A Guide to the Core Journa\ of China. It summarizes themajor efforts coming out of the compiling the three editions of the Guide as well as points out the problems of the research. Itfinally makes some suggestions on further compiling work of the new edition. |
