| 摘 要： | 通过对文献传递服务作用的分析,说明文献传递原文补贴的必要性;通过对我国部分高校图书馆原文补贴的调查,分析各馆原文补贴的特点,并从文献需求和文献供给平衡的角度,探讨原文补贴的适度比例及其对用户需求的调节功能,为原文补贴政策的制订提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | In this paper, we analyzed the functions of document delivery and then emphasized the necessity of subsidizing for the original papers used for document delivery. Characteristics of the subsidy presently used in several academie libraries of China were given, based upon our detailed investigations on them. Moreover, from the point of view of economic balance between document demands and supplies, appropriate proportion of subsidy and its adjustment to users' demands were presented, with aims of providing guidance for the establishment of subsidy policy. |
