| Abstract: | Aiming at the instructive documents of book-purchasing through public bidding issued by the Steering Committee for Academic Libraries of China and combining the situation of book purchasing through public bidding with book supply market nowadays, this article expounds the content and points out value of the main items for score on the bidding and analyzes the functions of the main items for score. It makes a beneficial discussion for designing the content and value of the main items for score. |
