| 摘 要： | 概述韩国的法律体系、韩国图书馆法律体系以及韩国《图书馆法》的发展历程;着重从图书馆运营机制、发展规划、图书馆职责、弱势群体服务等方面阐述韩国《图书馆法》(法律第11310号)的主要内容;借鉴韩国经验对我国图书馆立法工作提出建议。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces Korean law system, Korean library law system and devolpment history of the Korean library law, explains the main contents of the Korean Library Law(Law No.11310)from the perspectives of library operation mechanism, development plan, library duty, service for social vulnerable groups, and makes some suggestions for making Chinese library law by refering the Korean experience. |
