| 摘 要： | 网络科学信息资源的“公开获取运动”在消除获取知识的障碍、减少科学传播的费用、保存科学成果、加速科学传播与交流等方面起了一定作用。文章介绍“公开获取运动”实施的模式、常用的软件系统及支持的标准。

| Abstract: | The open access movement is the movement to publish scholarly literature on the Internet and make it available to readers free of charge and free of unnecessary licensing restrictions. Open access is a cost-effective way to disseminate and use scholar information. This paper introduces the model of open access journal, the institution repositories and relative standards such as OAI. |
