| 摘 要： | 结合中外图书馆目前发展状况,明确提出以“效益”为尺度的图书馆评估新模式。这一全新的评估方法重效果、轻形式;重科学,反浮夸。旨在改变以往只重馆藏数量、财力支出、人员比例等表面情况的传统评估方法,使图书馆管理更加科学化、现代化,以适应改革发展的新趋势,更好地满足读者与用户的信息需求,提高信息服务的社会效益,凸显信息机构的社会地位和价值。

| Abstract: | Considering the current condition of the library development both in china and abroad,this essay clearly brings forward a new library evaluation model,which regards the “benefit” as its yardstick.This brand new evaluation method lays stress on the “effect” in contrast with the “form” and attaches importance to the “scientific method” in contrast with the “exaggeration”.The goal is to change the formal traditional evaluation methods,which only pays attention to the superficial phenomenon such as storage amount,finance payout,and personnel proportion.This model also aims to enhance the library management,make it step into a scientific and modernized stage and to keep pace with the new trend of the reformation and development,which also in turn satisfies the information requests of the readers and users,improving the social effect of information service,and presenting the social value and status of the information institution. |
