| 摘 要： | 调研美国版权局、图书馆协会及数十所高校的E-reserves版权政策,对提交E-reserve材料的要求、E-reserve材料的范围和数量限制、E-reserve系统的访问、E-reserve材料的存储和再利用、部分E-reserve材料获得版权许可等方面的政策进行分析,并在此基础上探讨美国E-reserves版权政策对我国的启示,包括发挥中国图书馆学会的行业领导作用、高校应制定自己的Ereserve政策、明确需要授权的材料、明晰E-reserve系统的权利与义务关系等内容.

| Abstract: | We survey E-reserves copyright policies of US copyright office, library associations and dozens of universities, and then analyze many aspects of policies as requirement of submitting materials, scope and amount of materials, access to E-reserve system, storage and reuse of materials, copyright permission of partial materials, etc. Furthermore, we discuss American E-reserves copyright policies' inspiration to China, which includes exercising a leadership role of China Society for Library Science, establishing university level E-reserves policy, defining materials with need of copyright permission, clarifying right and obligation of E-reserve system. |
