| 摘 要： | 对流通书库的书库管理工作进行岗位分析,利用自动化系统对工作人员所需承担的工作量进行相关的数据统计和分析,建立可操作性强的数学模型,确定各书库合理的人员编制,进一步科学合理地划分工作人员的责任区。

| Abstract: | The primary task of the cataloguing and circulating data integration and analysis project is to assign the area of responsibility by establishing a mathematical model.It is the starting point of development of the statistical report system and human resource management system of the library.This paper focuses on problems of the position design and responsibility assignment of the stacks maintenance in the circulation department. |
