| 摘 要： | 论述了素质的概念和演变,分析了独立于科学素质、人文素质之外的信息素质的构成要素———信息意识、信息能力、信息伦理,揭示了信息素质教育的意义和重要内容,强调坚持专业学习与业余学习相结合的“两条腿走路方针”,是实现信息素质教育的根本前提。

| Abstract: | The paper discusses the concept of literacy and its evolvement and then analyze the essential parts of information literacy such as information consciousness, information ability and information ethics. Finally, the paper points out that it is very important to carry out information education, and that professional study combined with extracurricular study is the precondition to achieve information literacy. |
