| 摘 要： | 21世纪是人类主要依靠知识创新加速社会进步的时代。图书馆如何抓住机遇,迎接挑战,建立一个有利于知识创新的管理机制、环境和文化氛围是至关重要的。我国图书馆应从转变管理理念、更新管理模式、体现以人为本、完善激励机制等方面实现管理创新。

| Abstract: | It is said that in the 21st century the society improvement is speeded up by the knowledge innovation. This paper points out that it is essential for libraries to develop a new library management model and to build up a new cultural environment in order to take the chances. It suggests that Chinese libraries should change the way of thinking in terms of management style and human resource stimulation in order to fulfill the management innovation. |
