| 摘 要： | 知识经济时代图书馆呼唤高素质的领导者,馆长作为图书馆一切活动的组织者和领导者,在整体事业建设与发展中发挥举足轻重的作用。该文通过对我国若干重点大学图书馆馆长的现状分析,提出21世纪图书馆馆长选拔的范围、原则和方法及其任职必备的三个条件,为图书馆领导人才的选任、培养机制的优化提供参考。

| Abstract: | In the era of knowledge-driven economy, the library requires a high-quality leader. As the organizer and leader of the library, the director plays a very important role in the construction and development of the whole enterprise. Through analyzing the current situation of library director in some major domestic university libraries, this article puts forward the range, principle and method to select a library director and three indispensable requirements to be a library director in university library in the 21st century. |
