| 摘 要： | 郭秉文是中国近现代著名教育家之一,与图书馆有着不解之缘。他提出"四个平衡"的办学思想,并身体力行,筹资建馆、延揽人才、倡导和促进图书馆服务社会、国际交流,为东南大学图书馆建设和我国近代图书馆事业的发展作出了重要贡献,也给创建双一流大学背景下的图书馆建设留下了有益的启示。

| Abstract: | Guo Bingwen is one of the famous educators in modern China,who has an indissoluble bond with library.He puts forward the idea of four balances for the library development and management such as fund raising and library construction,talent recruiting,advocacy and promotion of library serving society and international exchanges,which made important contributions to the construction of Southeast University Library and the development of Chinese modern library.His thoughts and practices also provide useful inspiration for the library construction under the background of establishing double first-class university. |
