| 摘 要： | 专题库建设是高校图书馆在知识管理时代背景下的一项重要工作。本文从我国高校图书馆专题特色库建设的实践出发,分别从建设过程和管理过程分析了专题特色库的质量控制内容,并重点对如何具体实施质量控制的策略进行了深入研究。
