| 摘 要： | 大力构建覆盖全社会的公共文化服务体系,是当今我国文化行政与体制改革及其职能转变的目标取向,高校图书馆理应成为构建公共文化服务体系的重要组成部分.本文阐述了公共文化服务体系构建的内涵,初步探讨了高校图书馆如何在构建公共文化服务体系中发挥应有的作用.
