| 摘 要： | 本文结合国内外知识服务研究成果,分析高校图书馆知识服务的内涵、内容、流程、模式和现状,并在此基础上研究知识服务过程中可能遇到的知识产权问题,然后对知识服务行为的性质、知识服务与知识产权冲突的空间,以及知识服务与信息服务中的知识产权规避对策异同展开思考,最后对高校图书馆知识服务过程中的知识产权规避提出一些建议。

| Abstract: | This article analyzes the intension,content,procedures,pattern and current situation of colleges’ library knowledge service.On this basis,the article studies the intellectual property problems probably involved in the process of knowledge service as well.In addition,it gives serious considerations to the characteristics of knowledge service industry,the conflict space between knowledge service and intellectual property,and the similarities and differences about the elusion countermeasures of intellectual property problems between the knowledge service and the information service.At last,some advice are offered to deal with the intellectual property problems’ elusion in the course of library knowledge service in colleges. |
