| 摘 要： | 本文针对目前国内高校图书馆普遍存在的单个学科馆员独立服务一个学科的情况,提出建立一个学科馆员团队服务一个学科院系的机制,并对学科馆员团队的构建、职责、运行管理进行了讨论;指出了学科馆员团队是一支具有开创性的、高效规范的团队,将面临长期而艰巨的任务.

| Abstract: | Aiming at the situation of a subject librarian independently servicing a subject in the university library in our country now,constructing a subject librarian teamwork services a subject is put forward.It discusses the establishment,function and management of the subject librarian teamwork,and indicates that the subject librarian teamwork is an initiative,high effect and canonical teamwork which will faced with the long formidable mission. |
