| 摘 要： | 我国西部欠发达地区的高校数字图书馆建设,应以"CALIS三期"项目建设基本思想为主导,统筹资金与技术,整合资源和服务,依托重点带动全局,构建区域联盟模式下的高校数字图书馆系统。文章重点从建设总体规划、基本思路与模式、建设方案与实施策略三个方面探讨如何有效实施欠发达地区的高校数字图书馆建设。

| Abstract: | The construction of digital library in under-developed region should be based on the idea of third phase of CALIS project and pool the funds,techniques,resource and service.Then it can be beneficial to every library by constructing the regional cooperation digital library system.The article expounds how to construct the academic digital library in under-developed areas by the cooperation between libraries.And it emphatically puts forward the standpoint of basic development thinking and patterns,construction scheme and implementing strategies. |
