“双一流”高校图书馆技术支持服务调查与思考

摘    要:本文运用文献研究法和网络调研法,从计算机设备和软件程序服务、打复印和扫描设备服务、技术设备空间服务、技术咨询培训服务和规章制度等方面,对42所"双一流"高校图书馆技术支持服务现状进行调查,发现存在着设备设施较为常规、创新服务空间有待拓展、服务规则不够细致规范、团队建设水平需要改进等问题,并提出加大对技术支持服务的重视程度、制定完善的服务规范、配置多样化的软硬件设备程序、设立多类型的创新服务空间、建立专业的人才队伍等措施,以提升技术支持服务水平。

Abstract:Through literature research and online survey,this paper investigates the technical support service status of Double Firstclass university libraries from aspects of computer equipment and software program service,printing and scanning equipment service,technical equiptment space service,technical consultation and training services,rules and regulations.It indicates the deficiencies of equipment and facilities are relatively conventional,innovative service space needs to be expanded,service rules are not detailed and standardized,team building level needs to be improved.It raises some measures to improve technical support services level,includes attaching importance to launching technical support service,developing perfect service specifications,equipping diversified hardware and software equipment procedure,establishing polytypd innovation service space,forming professional talent team.
