摘    要:文章分析了参考咨询工作责任体系的内在要素及其内涵,在此基础上引入服务对象,提出责任体系的绩效单位是服务对象的定义、关键绩效变量和知识库,围绕内在要素和绩效单位构建了责任体系的模型,并探讨了责任体系的诊断与控制。

Abstract:The article analyses the internal factors and their connotation of the responsibility system of the reference work,on this base,it introduces service object,and then brings out that the performance units are the definition of the service object,key performance variable and repository.Around the internal factors and theperformance units,the article constructs the model of responsibility system and discusses its diagnoses and control.
