| 摘 要： | 本文通过阐明信息的语义特性,强调信息资源管理在语义层面展开的重要意义,并详细分析信息资源管理过程中基于认知的语义问题,在讨论人类认知是信息资源语义管理的层次划分根源的基础上,提出以认知作为切入点,展开基于多维认知的信息资源语义管理研究。
