| 摘 要： | 网络时代,期刊信息生产无序化的症候有:部分纸质化期刊存在重经济效益轻学术质量管理的现状,数字化期刊方面存在重复建设、信息收录不完整、时效性滞后的状况,要改变上述症状,需从机制建设、著作权保护、协调利益相关者等方面入手化解。

| Abstract: | In the internet age,the periodical information production disorder symptoms include aspects as follows: part of paper-based journals pay attention to economic benefits and look down the academic quality control,the status of the repeating construction,information collection incomplete and time-lag.To change the above symptoms,it needs to be addressed from the construction,copyright protection,coordination of stakeholders and so on. |
