| 摘 要： | 本文通过对我国中小学图书馆发展现状的分析,得出"图书馆人员问题"是目前中小学图书馆发展之关键所在,并针对日本较完善的学校图书馆专业职务制度从多方面进行详细地分析与研究,论述其对我国中小学图书馆事业发展的启示,并提出了一些建议。

| Abstract: | This paper examines the present condition of the development of Chinese primary and middle school library,and does some analysis and research on more improved school library professional duty system of Japan from various angles.Finally,it finds out that the problems of librarian is the restrained factor of the development of our Chinese primary and middle school library,and gives some advice to our school libraries compared to Japanese school libraries. |
