| Abstract: | In this paper,the author summarizes the concept of public cultural service system and its current situation in recent years,analyzes the position and function of libraries on the construction of public cultural service system,and proposes several strategies to libraries on their innovation developing in the process of public cultural service system construction,on the meanwhile carries out further discussion. |
