| 摘 要： | 《隋书·经籍志》注中的"梁有"字样比比皆是,其正确含义亦为前代学者所揭示,遗憾的是不少现代学者忽视了这个问题,以至出现了错误。本文对"梁有"的含义进行了全方位的综述,这对于学者读懂《隋书·经籍志》不无裨益。
