| 摘 要： | 本文首先从满足用户信息需求的角度分析了当前网络信息资源配置的不足,以及以用户信息需求为导向进行网络信息资源配置的可行性;针对信息服务机构提出了以用户信息需求为导向的网络信息资源配置策略,特别强调了其集成配置和虚拟配置.
