| Abstract: | In the knowledge-based economy,library knowledge alliance will become the highest stage of the library alliance.This article discusses on the most fundamental characteristics of knowledge resources sharing and further innovation of knowledge,analyses the distinction between traditional library union and library knowledge alliance from all levels.Finally,it puts forward the conclusion that which elements must be considered in the construction of library knowledge alliance. |
