| 摘 要： | 全国文化信息资源共享工程作为一项以现代信息技术为基础和载体的文化推广工程,信息技术的应用贯穿于其方方面面。共享工程启动5年来,随着建设重点的改变、建设内容的增加以及信息技术的快速发展,其技术体系也经历了较为显著的变化和调整,信息整合、资源建设规范体系建设、政务外网资源传输等成为重点技术。共享工程技术体系将在符合工程总体建设思路和发展方向的前提下,逐步形成能够统一协调管理、资源分布建设、全面共享、自由访问的开放体系,并最终实现与数字图书馆系统的高度融合。

The Development and Expectation of the Technical System of the National Cultural Information Resources Sharing Project |

| Abstract: | The National Cultural Information Resources Sharing Project is a cultural spreading project that takes modern information technology as basis and carrier.The application of information technology runs through it's every aspect.The National Cultural Information Resources Sharing Project started five years ago.With the changes of building emphasis,the increasing of building content and the quick development of information technology,the technology system has experienced obvious adjust.Information integration,standards of resources building and resources of government affairs transmission become emphases.Based on the building idea and development of the National Cultural Information Resources Sharing Project,the technology system will become a open system which will realize management coordinating,resources's distribution building,sharing all-round and free visit,and mix together with the digital library highly at last. |
