| 摘 要： | 近年来,台湾对于阅读推广活动极其重视,自公共图书馆、政府部门、以至民间机构皆积极投入办理阅读推广活动。本文首先分析台湾阅读推广活动之现况,探讨阅读人口流失与阅读风气未见提升之原因,其次说明阅读指导服务之内涵,文末则建议公共图书馆宜提供阅读指导服务,以达成公共图书馆引领民众阅读,形塑书香社会的核心任务与使命。

| Abstract: | In recent years, public libraries, the government, and non-governmental organizations in Taiwan are all putting much emphasis on reading promotion activities. This article discusses how the reading promotion activities in Taiwan have been held and the effectiveness of these activities. The author suggests that, to fulfill the function and mission of public libraries in promoting reading activities, public libraries should offer reading guidance service. |
