| 摘 要： | 美国肯塔基大学图书馆和布鲁格拉斯社区技术学院图书馆的规模和学校规模基本适应,馆舍实用;管理规范,服务周到,信息化程度高,网络资源丰富,使用方便。对我国在加强图书馆内部管理方面的启示体现在搞好图书馆工作委员会和馆务委员会建设;建立和完善馆员资格认证、学科馆员制度和馆员培训制度,建设知识型馆员队伍;优化管理机制,强化管理功能;尽力做好读者服务;建立多元化融资渠道,拓宽图书馆的经费来源等诸多方面。

| Abstract: | The sizes of The Library of Kentucky University and the Library of Technical College in Blue- grass community basically adapt to the sizes of schools. They possess practical premises, normal management, considerate services, and a high degree of information, abundant network resources and easy utilization. The inspiration for strengthening internal management of Chinese libraries embodied in strengthening the construction of the commissions of libraries; establishing and perfecting accreditation of librarians, subject librarian system and librarians training systems and constructing knowledge-based librarian contingent; optimizing management mechanism, and strengthening the management capabilities; trying best to serve readers; establishing diversified financing channels, and broadening the sources of funding for libraries. |
