| Abstract: | This paper has introduced the concept of knowledge management and its objects,targets and measurements. Knowledge management is considered to have important inspiration to the ibrary's administrative management and the library's business management,which includes valuing personnel resource development and recreating library culture;strengthening the team study and establishing study organization; doing further research to the knowledge organization;recombining the process of library professional work and so on. |
