| 摘 要： | 通过国内3家著名门户网站新浪、雅虎和百度近期推出的3种不同的知识搜索引擎网络虚拟参考咨询系统的分析，对当前国内新一代基于知识的新型搜索引擎的发展优势和不足进行了研究，并对其发展趋势做出了预测。
