| 摘 要： | 图书采购招标已成为当前高校图书馆文献资源建设的重点工作之一,图书采购招标报价的合理程度将直接影响文献资源建设的质量。目前在图书采购招标报价过程中,保证金、书商承诺、书商与出版社的合作、采书方式、采书量分配等因素均会影响书商的招标报价和折扣。因此,图书馆应从标段的选择、保证金缴纳、合同违约条款制定、报价方法的选择及承诺兑现的监督和执行等方面对图书采购招标报价加以控制,以确保图书的采购质量。

Influence Factors and Control Measures of the Quotation of the Book Acquisition Tendering |

| Abstract: | Currently,the book acquisition tendering becomes the key point of the literature resource construction in university libraries.The reasonable quotation will have much to do with the quality of the literature resource construction.In the quotation process of the book acquisition tendering,there are some factors influencing the quotation and discount of the bidding,such as the margin,the commitment of booksellers,the cooperation between booksellers and publishers,the purchasing way,the allocation of purchasing quantity,and so on.Therefore,libraries should control the quotation of the book acquisition tendering in the selection of the bidding section,the payment of margin,the formulation of default clauses in the contract,the selection of quotation methods,the supervision and execution of the commitment,so as to ensure the purchasing quality. |
