| 摘 要： | 社会化信息服务模式一直是当前困扰地方高校图书馆有效开展社会化信息服务的重大难题。在区域发展背景下,建立"政府+学校"型地方高校图书馆的信息资源社会化服务模式,并分别就该模式的功能定位、主体之间的权利与义务、运行机制等问题进行研究,无疑对于促进高校图书馆的社会化信息服务具有重要的现实意义

| Abstract: | The socialized information service mode is always the main problem that puzzles local university libraries to carry out socialized information services effectively.Under the background of regional development,we should establish the information resource socialized service mode with the cooperation of the government and universities,research on the functional localization,rights and obligations of main bodies and the operation mechanism of the mode,all of which have realistic significance for promoting socialized information services of university libraries. |
