| 摘 要： | 2010年,东莞成为国家"公共电子阅览室建设计划"首批试点城市。东莞网络设施条件好,服务对象主要为外来务工人员。公共电子阅览室的建设应满足时尚新颖、吸引读者安全可控、监管有效;易建设、易维护、易管理并保证运营,体系完善,提升服务等要求。目前,东莞已打造出具有公益数字文化服务连锁店的新环境,应用"文化e管家"新技术,采用体系化建设、云服务管理新管理模式,提供多终端、立体式网络服务的公共电子阅览室。

| Abstract: | In 2010,Dongguan has become the first batch of experimental cities of ’’Construction Plans of Public Electronic Reading Room’’.The network facility condition of Dongguan is good,and its service objects are mainly migrant workers.The construction of public electronic reading room should satisfy requests as followings: it should be fashion and absorbing;be safety and controllable,and have effective supervision;be easy to construct,maintain and manage to supervision its operation;have perfect system to promote services.Recently,Dongguan has constructed the public electronic reading room which use new technology of ’’electronic seneschal of culture’’,adopt systematism construction and cloud management to provide multiple terminals and stereometric formula network services in the new environment of public digital culture service chain stores. |
