| 摘 要： | 我国国家图书馆应紧紧抓住文化大发展大繁荣的历史机遇,积极分析其他国家图书馆的关键成功因素与经验,为自身的发展提供借鉴。美国国会图书馆、英国国家图书馆和澳大利亚国家图书馆是公认的世界级国家图书馆,虽然其关键成功因素各不相同,但仍具有一些共同点：采取国际化视野、全球性占位;不遗余力地优化、巩固馆藏资源基础;以用户需求为导向,品牌效应显著;善于合作;拥有持续、系统的战略管理体系。这些成功经验为我国国家图书馆的进一步发展提供了有益参考。
