| 摘 要： | 2011年2月,文化部、财政部出台了《关于推进全国美术馆、公共图书馆、文化馆（站）免费开放工作的意见》,这必将推动我国公共图书馆等机构发生转折性变革,给公共文化服务带来全新的挑战和契机。公共图书馆必须抓住免费开放带来的机遇,以制度和服务创新应对图书馆免费服务的挑战,并强化图书馆人敬业奉献的职业理念和精神,以迎接新形势对图书馆服务工作的挑战。
