| 摘 要： | 知识自由作为图书馆的核心价值，其实现主要由制度来保障。知识自由的实现在我国图书馆界基本属于自发状态。在实践中，图书馆制度与知识自由的实现之间存在着悖论，图书馆制度既保障又制约着知识自由的实现。图书馆应立足于服务，面向未来，制订既具有前瞻性又具有现实性的图书馆制度。

| Abstract: | The intellectual freedom is the core value of library,and its realization should be mainly guaranteed by system.The realization of intellectual freedom in Chinese library fields is a spontaneous state basically.In practice,there is paradox between library system and intellectual freedom: library system not only guarantees but also limits the realization of intellectual freedom.Libraries should base on the service,look into the future,and formulate the library system with forward-looking and reality. |
