| 摘 要： | 民国时期中国图书馆事业的重要领导者袁同礼在培植图书馆人才上有自己独特的方法：在选才方面，重视人才的知识基础和学术功底；在用才方面，尊重人才的志趣，用人所长；在育才方面，努力为人才提供学术训练和进修深造的机会，注重人才的成长；在留才方面，关心人才，充分发挥个人的领导魅力。此方法对当今图书馆的人才培植仍有极大的启发意义。图书馆人才培养是事关图书馆事业发展、学术进步的战略问题，图书馆应适度增加空间职位层次，建立长效的人才培养机制，为人才提供多方面的成长渠道。
