| Abstract: | This thesis analyses the significant of the System of the Responsibility on the First-inquired inthe university library: changing the ideas, strengthening the service and responsibility ideology, improvingthe quality of the whole staff of the library, and giving help to the moral construction of the librarians. It alsoprobes into the readers rights' location, implementation and the preteetive mechanism. |
